For your review, comments and approval is the proposed Asphalt Road Paving Project schedule for
August 2015.
Week 1: Sunday, August 2, 2015: Boyson will transport the Better Roads equipment and lighter
materials to LSJ. The rest of the week, Monday, August 3 to Friday, August 7 will be preparatory
work on LSJ. There will be no daily transport via Boyson. LSJ will provide transportation via Little C
for the Better Roads crew during this week.
Week 2: Monday, August 10 to Friday, August 14 (30 loads total) via Boyson
5:00 am - 3 truckloads asphalt - Red Hook (RH) to LSJ
10:00 am - 3 truckloads asphalt - RH to LSJ
2:00 pm - 6 trucks - LSJ to RH
Week 3: Monday, August 17 to Friday, August 21 (30 loads total) via Boyson
5:00 am - 3 truckloads asphalt - RH to LSJ
10:00 am - 3 truckloads asphalt - RH to LSJ
2:00 pm - 6 trucks - LSJ to RH
Week 4: Monday, August 24 to Friday, August 28 (15-20 loads total) via Boyson
5:00 am - 3 truckloads asphalt - RH to LSJ
10:00 am - 3 truckloads asphalt - RH to LSJ
2:00 pm - clean up, return equipment to STT

The Better Roads crew will also transported via Boyson during Weeks 2, 3 and 4.
Better Roads has planned a 5 day per week schedule. Better Roads will use Saturdays and
Sundays for "rain days" makeup, if needed, and will be transported to and from LSJ within Boyson's
schedule as needed.
Attached for your reference is the map of the areas and phases of paving.
