I looked through it. It seems that about 90% is showing off how much mathematics he knows, with little if any application
to any problem in the natural world. I naturally looked longer at the parts on language. Lots of grand claims about what
he will show, but no indication that he has a clue even what the problems are. Lots of references to Kanzi, Piranha,
Lenneberg, etc., but without a hint of comprehension of what is at stake.
I'll take another look, but on quick survey it seems to me a good example of what mathematicians shouldn't do.
