Attached are 5 layout options for dock fenders in addition to our current layout
Options 1-3 are three rows of 6' fenders
Carlos measured to cover entire dock we would need 693 feet which comes to 116 (6' pieces)
Options 4 & 5 are two rows of 6' fenders
Carlos measured to cover entire dock we would need 462 feet which comes to 77 (6' pieces)
Note 500 feet is minimum order therefore we will need to order 84 pieces
Carlos has sample on LSJ in dark grey color which you said was correct color
If you are not satisfied with any of the above layouts please advise on alternate configuration
Fender Holes
Regarding Holes in Fenders i also outlined two options
Option A - Screws will be 1.5 feet apart
Option B - Screws will be 1 foot apart
The Back Hole would be 1/2" and Front Hole will be 1.5"
Timing
Production will take 3 weeks and then another I week for shipping
Projected arrival on STT is July 20
Installation
Carlos said that with Ramon and Hernando installation will take approximately 1 week
