attached is a basic drawing showing side view of BH and the scope of work that is required for this fix.
10k would be to cut out old stucco, mesh, rotten plywood sheeting. Replace plywood, mesh and completely
stucco walls for Zorro to paint.
Note we where painting entire bunkhouse anyway.
The $5 per sq ft was for sheeting replacement- this is open ended !!!
Square footage roughly under 1/2 of Larry's,
After reviewing Larrys file
there is more work involved with the repair at the bunkhouse, compared to Larrys job
Larrys was a simple stucco job, there was no structural repairs involved.
hope this helps, if you wish to discuss let me know
They are continuing to replace windows on porch side, but i will need give direction on how we wish to
proceed by the end of day.

Attached pictures for your reference and estimates
JJ's crew have started to removed the Trim around the windows at the Bunkhouse
Some of the framing at sill level is rotten and will need to be removed.
This will entail removing stucco and rotten framing on the exposed walls of the Bunkhouse
The windows sills on the covered porch are ok
JJ has provided estimates to open up effected area and new stucco for exposed walls only
Once area is open and we can determine extent of damage, he will then provide bid for repair of
effected areas.
I recommend this approach, otherwise it would be a time and material job which is a little open
ended.
please advise on how we are to proceed.
