spoke with Lee:
P Dock
Lee said he believes that there are still electrical issues with work owners (hoffman) have proposed vs what AYH
would like done
Additionally Lee believes they do not have Army Corps Permit in place
Lee said all work must be done by 7/1/2015 for Sport Fishing Season as he does not want to miss that season
Based on 7/1/2015 deadline Lee believes work will not begin until 10/1/2015
AYH is still using dock yet paying owners currently a lower rate
Railing&
Lee said railings are currently as tight as they will get
Lee said the old railings were welded together and currently they are aluminum powder coated and slotted
together
Lee strongly believes they are structurally sound as they are braced with metal and bolted into I Beams
6000 sq ft vacancy
Lee is preparing a lease to be sent out to an EDC company that operates as a Forex Trading Company
