Suggested plan of action:
You will be the first point of contact for Subbase Drydock and Boscoe.
Boscoe will report via email to you directly, copying me and Rich.
Gene will report directly to you.
Boscoe will let you know what days he is needed at Subbase Drydock, in advance.
Boscoe's reports should be daily, whether he is reporting directly from Subbase or via Gene's report to
him. The reports should include work completed, when he is on site, photos, any issues that arise.
We would like to encourage Gene to also keep a photo log of the work progress, as well as time sheets, if
possible.
Obviously you will be JE's point of contact for the project.
We would like to try this course of action starting next week, and will adjust if needed at the end of the
week.

jee said ok to go into subbase even though he believes they are going to rip us off
in order to mitigate that jee would like bosco or someone with knowledge (boyson captain who
worked for us on weekends) to oversee all work and check daily / weekly..
