Thanks, Jeffrey. I totally understand and am happy to let it rest for a few days. I do think we will all do much
better if we force David and Boris to deal with written drafts. For example, marking up what Gunderson sent
over thru you to reflect David's comments this morning and then having Boris counter, until we get there.
Or, in a few days, writing up your very smart structure as outlined below into a term sheet, having Boris sign
it, and then me pushing David to countersign.
I must say that the best thing to come from all this for me has been getting to meet you on the phone! If I ever
sign a release for Biosys, it will be the first document related to this stupid thing that's ever had a signature
block next to my name! From now on when people ask me to help them out, I'm gonna say no! :)
