That's wonderful. Very good plan, and I'm in to stick to it. It's good to have it listed like that for who I will
choose to follow. Let me know when you have news!

Hi Jean-Francois,
Below are some marketing/PR suggestions. As soon as I hear from Jeffrey, I'll get back to you re: funding and
reaching out to your target guest list. all the best,
• TO INCREASE VIEWERSHIP:
I. Look at how TED Talks, asapscience, the science channel, Vsauce, Veritasium. thebrainfonumorg and
scishow market themselves.
2. A YouTube Channel for Neuro.TV with subscribers, flesh it out and promote on all platforms, including website.
3. A Neuro.TV blog/newsletter and promote on all platforms.
4. Cross marketing with episode guests: i.e. request to have Neuro.TV posted on their university or Institute
YouTube Channels, university websites, blogs etc.
5. Some bigger names in their episodes (that command viewership). Ie: Seth Lloyd, Martin Nowak, Ben Goenzel
etc. (We can assist with this).
6. Advertise Facebook page and with more frequent posts and catchy headings. Posts don't have to be limited to new
episodes. Can be interesting factoids/news in brain research.
7. Link all platforms: Facebook, google+, Linkedln, Twitter, tumblr, Stumbleupon etc.
8. A monthly PR Newswire press release with links to the YouTube Channel.
9. Episodes need more demonstration graphics. And a varied format from time to time, such as a one-on-one
interview. They should stay as academic as they want, so long as they have a mediator to connect to a lay
audience.
10. Live episode panels at universities from time to time.
11. Live and past episodes for radio. A radio partnership. And with university radio stations.
12. a Wikipedia business page with links.
13. Posted on all the business directories via Yext. (good for link building).
14. Continue posting on outside websites and blogs.

15. Produce live panel discussions to be hosted by groups like Techonomy, The Brain Forum, Ted Talks and Live
Science. A panel for a live debate on Intelligence Squared. New episodes might be hosted by these platforms too.
16. An audio version 'books on tape' sold on Amazon, iTunes and promoted on all platforms.

Dear Jean-Francois,
Thank you so much for your list and for meeting with me last Saturday. I sent my report and funding
proposal to Jeffrey and I'll get right back you. We could definitely assist with obtaining most of the
persons you suggest.
Until very soon,

Dear
As we have discussed, I am sending you a list of potential speakers who would definitely have an
impact and who could lead to very interesting discussions on NEURO.tv.
Robert Trivers
Noam Chomsky
Daniel Dennett
Richard Dawkins
Lawrence Krauss
Steven Pinker
Jonathan Haidt
Marc Hauser
Sam Harris
Each of these speakers require specific content, but in general I would like to talk with them about the
origins of life, the place of human culture in evolution and the question of whether moral truth exists. I
am also open to the suggestions you mentioned, so feel free to send me your own list and we can go
from there!

Dear
There are lots of exciting things going on both in our personal projects here at Duke as
well as with NEURO.tv, although our low budget this year makes all these amazing
things advance quite slowly! I'd be available to pass by in New York tomorrow in the
afternoon (1 PM or after), at any point during the weekend, or on Monday throughout
the day. Let me know if any such time works and where and when you would want me
to go!
If not, we could set a meeting later or give you an overview by email.

I just wanted to send you a note so you know that a journalist from Reuters is
preparing an article on you and I answered a couple of questions by phone
concerning your donation to NEURO.tv.
Let me know if you need any help with this or if you want to talk about our
discussion.
