I reviewed the situation with Valdson and confirm what Valdson and myself have already explained
concerning the installation of the optic fiber:
ISC telephone installation has been completed.
Mr Moura from ISC will be present in the apartment while ORANGE will be installing the "livebox".
Mr Moura explained to me on the telephone that the "optic fiber livebox" (one for the 2 apartments) will
be located in the technical room ("local technique") of the second apartment and a cable will be installed
from there to the technical room next to Mr. Epstein's office (using existing cables).
This installation should (after verification this Wednesday morning) cover the 2 apartments.

time (12AM NY Time). ISC (company that installed new phone system) representative Victor
Moura will be present during fiber installation to insure that telephone equipment is working
