Investor wants Put if bank is not profitable in 2017 and 2018.
Now bank defines this as per their business plan which is:
Put to be conditional upon KBBL not being profitable (measured on underlying operating profit and
excluding fair value movements and non-recurring items such as but not limited to restructuring costs, asset
impairments, integration costs) for each of 2017 and 2018
