I made correspondence with Boeing in Seattle in regards to operating the BBJ under FAR 91 regs., at this time
it appears possible,
It maybe worth having this paperwork included in our USA CofA registration with Ali's DAR.,and part of the
purchase agreement?
I should have more info tomorrow when I speak with Boeing Seattle,.
The criteria is to Lower MZFW Max Zero Fuel Weight, to 60001bs or less,. And less than 19 seatbelts for Pax,.
Usually Boeing delivers these aircraft with their aux fuel included as payload,.
It's a paper work deal, I've heard it's quite expense, I'd only guess at price, perhaps is $50k range?
I would imagine you would prefer 91 regs as oppose to our 125?
Thx
Larry

Hi Larry,
Thanks very much for the note. It's been a few years since I've worked in the BBJ group, but I recall that max
payload is 6000 lbs and 19 passengers for FAR 91 operations.
We would be pleased to provide a proposal to revise your BBJ's MZFW accordingly, based on OEW + 6000
lbs.
My colleagues Joe Atofau and Jim Halvorson now support aviation services sales for BBJ. I am including
them on this email correspondence and will follow up with them accordingly.
Send my regards to Taylor!
Warm regards,
Steve

Pm interested in operating our BBJ under FAR91 deviation,. The aircraft has 9 aux tanks installed and only
17 passenger seatbelts.,
I understand there is Boeing support lowering Payload so I may operate FAR91 as oppose to FAR125.,
Can you assist in directing me to appropriate Boeing team that addresses these issues?
