I am sad you can't make it today as I was really looking forward to seeing you quite apart from showing you this
wonderful property.
Given that the owner, Mr Kiss, is flying into Spain later this morning, especially to show you around the house
tomorrow, I think it might be a nice gesture if you had Leslie or one of your team send an email to Mr Kiss's
assistant Gudula Freytag on: and just say that something has come up at the very
last minute and you just can't make it, but hope to try again at the end of next month / early May.
HBJ's wife told me that they were planning to be in Marrakech in 10 days after their trip to NYC (presumably to
see you!!!). I was concerned that they might also be interested in the property as Mr Kiss indicated that some
people from the Gulf were inspecting the property around the same time. Anyway if his cupboard is bare, we
have no reason to worry about this, if indeed it's them.
