my best advice is to pace your self. just like your boat captains, it is a long long race ahead. too much effort
early on, will make it much harder to compete the task at hand. stealing incompetence is going to be found in
many places and drive you crazy. focus on big long term strategy. DOJ, David NAdine , regulators and
bengjamin are real dangers. new biz. compliance . theft attitudes will take time . staffing is going to be killer
