My assistant, Kelly Ledee, is headed back to your office to pick up a letter I drafted in response to your letter of November
17, 2017 detailing additional information that was needed for the GSJ permit application. Mr. Anthony Richards called
my office about 10 minutes after I left DPNR to advise us that the "permit application" I filed for GSJ was rejected because
it was not bound. I was unable to speak with him as I was driving back, otherwise I would have advised it was actually a
response to your communication and not a "permit application." Nonetheless, my assistant will retrieve it and bind it and
bring it back to you.
You should have it before the end of the day, assuming Office Max cooperates.
