the david ingram piece is not clear. i think you should tell him that these are letters that were written to the
govt during plea negotiations. standard practice , and have always been private. lawyers will be unable to
function. this issue should have had an amicus brief from the defense bar . no lawyer would beleive that their
correspondnce with the govt would not be priviledged to some degree.
