I believe we can have the full federal estimate paid tomorrow out of leon and deb's joint acct IF leon borrows
$6mm out of $12mm in Idb 2011 Ilc (owned by the trusts). I am confirming I need one approval (barry cohen,
mgr of the 11c). I presume this is choice I. Pls confirm. I assume choice 2, while not likely, is to pay the full
$21mm federal estimate on 1/24 rather than piecemeal it out. Correct? Pls call or email with observations or
concerns. B
