Its been a quiet 10 days or so.
One prospect scheduled to return for second look but int in town for holidays.
I spent time with Moens on the 23rd discussing strategy. Here is his plan:
keep showing it quietly.
if not sold by Feb 1, list it.
He will launch it with full page ads in Shiny Sheet appearing over Presidents Day Weekend.
He thinks this will grab a lot of interest.
He is very optimistic:. He cites price point; attractiveness; lack of competition.
I think its a good plan.
