Since there has been a legalistic approach by the children, couldn't the phrase below be used by them to prove
their arguments.

In the paragraph:
"10. Settlement is Not an Admission. The Parties understand and agree that the terms of this Agreement, and
the settlement provided for herein, are intended to compromise disputed claims, to avoid litigation, and to buy
peace, and that this Agreement and the settlement provided for herein do not constitute and shall not be construed
or viewed as an admission by any Party of wrongdoing or of liability. To the contrary, the Parties expressly and
specifically deny any such wrongdoing or liability"

OK. Just for the records, The Carol Chomsky Marital Trusts are also being managed by Bainco, but they were
not included in the agreement. I assume because Max and Harry are the trustees and the ones who decide who
manages the Carol Chomsky Marital Trusts. Is this correct?
