Good morning Leon, just touching base in advance of your meeting today with Heather Gray. I thought it
would be helpful to share the job description I have put forth to Heather. I have said we feel there is a clear
need for someone to "manage" the activity related to your art collection since you have invested a significant
portion of your wealth in this asset category.
Responsibilities of the position will include the following:
- inventory list management of art, collectibles, and valuable personal property
- development of/conversion to a more sophisticated collection management system
- interface with the curator
- management of the annual appraisal
- involvement in payment for purchases
- documentation of loans to museums and other institutions
- art pledges and gifts
-art insurance
- art planning including deferred exchanges and foundations

I have indicated Heather would be part of our legal team and that because level of art related activity ebbs and
flows, we would like her to provide support to Ada on trust related matters and trust administration and other
legal matters.
It is important that you both come away from your meeting today with a clear understanding of the what this
position entails so please clarify/correct any of the above if necessary and elaborate on any additional
responsibilities you would like Heather to assume.
