I received the draft agreement for 137 Duane Street which provides that the apartment is as is, except that
basically appliances, fixtures, etc. will be in working condition. No inspection/cancellation right. It also
provides that we have already reviewed the Condo plan and waive any right to cancel based on anything that
may be in there. Obviously I have not seen it at all.
What is the situation here? Are we definitely doing it and accepting the contract so long as the price is $6.25
Million? Do you want me to spend some time going over the contract and Condo plan, so that we don't sign
until Rich has had an opportunity to inspect the building/apartment on Saturday?
Who should be the manager of Eclipx LLC for now? Who is to own Eclipx?
Please advise.
