Unless, I am mistaken, I understand that Leon has not yet signed the new GRAT (an execution copy was sent
to him on January 24th). If Leon plans to sign this week, he will need a new execution copy with updated
annuity percentages to take into account the February Section 7520 rate. Do you have any insights as to the
timing of when Leon will sign?
