Mr. Epstein I like the new 4th floor path AD Winston proposed out to the set back, we also received the
proposal for opening the path in the 4th Floor ceilings and putting all back with protection 56.348.00. Stanley
Burger of Arista would also like to come back and review the installation . I will show Stanley the new proposed
route to see what he thinks so he can re bid.

Hi Katie the owner of 9 East 71 street would like to install one electric pipe and one refrigeration line in the
main passenger car elevator shaft from the 3rd floor up to the over head out to the roof for a air
conditioning unit can you please check if this is possible. We are listed as a single family residence on the C
of O for the building if that helps with the building department. Please advise if this is possible and what is
