Hughes Net have the cap, therefore —recommended the option of an additional 10 GB

The proposal from HS, Edgewood, didn't make sense, ie when asked if they could provide dedicated services

" I guess so " and when asked for a service provision, none was forwarded.

The other option that I was instructed to pursue was services from HSI,Edgewood was finally received

there other service provision did not make sense and was very costly.

Phone and data services from Sandia crest will still be utilised
Richard Boltz recommends, if and when we can get better services to D Mark, Sandia Link could
possibly be decommissioned. Keeping Hughes Net as a redundancy to new services
