Good Morning
I meet with Capt bubbler Friday morning last week, and discussed the proposed deposit of 20K , with condition he provides a cost for a PR
Palm Run and was able to give us at least one complete run per week
He indicated if we payed him the 20, his second barge would be operational in I to 2 weeks
He also indicated he could our organize our trash runs. On Saturday noon, i spoke with him and confirmed we need the cost for PR Palm
run before we would release the Deposit.
He indicated he could do a Run on Sunday,!!!
I also tested him this weeks barge run
I have called, but no response.

Do we pay him the 20K, even thou he has not indicated the cost of PR run and confirmed when he can do our runs.
