I am in trouble...he has a body like my Cape Town boy and is so nice!
Regarding the foot, all is fine.
I am out of the boot but will still keep it for part of the day if the foot gets too tired. I can only walk in sneakers
for now. Today when I started it was sore but the pain went down very fast. I only walked one block and around
the apartments. By this afternoon it was sore and I had to sit down.
He gave me little exercises to do at home 2 X per day
I will see him 2 X per week commencing Tuesday to exercise
I am going to continue to go to the pool at equinox because I feel that stretches it out a lot
