I thought It best if I only sent you the enclosed email, . Cecile tells me the sale of the Ayh was part of the
purchase price for the entire co of the seller. to --you guys The apprasil done some months later shows it only
as 21 mllion and states that the additional purchase price was probably as a result of the purchase by igy of the
entire co and how it chose to allocate part of the entire co purchase.
She said she has asked for and not yet recieved any due dillignece due before the signing on ayh.
I am aware that this was at the same time that Butch had passed , and I could only assumet that you forgot that
this co was bought out by you, im not sure whether that was prior to the appraisal but it appears so.
I only have good feelings towards you, this is awkward,

lets get the gates info ready for 3 re Andrew and AYH, I asked him if he knew who the prior owner was,
or if he knew who represented them, I also asked him and he agreed to tell us who represented us during the
negotiation. you can rest easy, Andrew was unequivacal that he had no idea who it was, or what co it might
have been, so your concern that it might have been a related party can now be put to bed. It was funny because
he told me as i thought ,that it is something he would not be involved in himself, and said it would be like me
telling someone who worke for me to get the job done. Im sure it will be resolved shortly. I trust him . he will
get back to us on the 250 finders fee and the 750 interst issue. On another note please check on the availiatblty
of the 727 to fly to euopre in three weeks.
