It could be too soon to discuss Phaidon if the operation is still HQ'd in London. Of course I'd be (very)
amenable to a brief spell in London but I have no idea where he sees the company heading. I know where I'd

mentioned bringing in Judith Regan who seems completely antithetical to the entire ethos of the company.
It's probably best if I come in 2 weeks -- in early June -- to coincide with your return from the island and

Just got a message from Leon that he will not be in NY the next 3 weeks. Since I was under the
impression I was coming to NY to discuss Phaidon etc with Monsieur Black, it might be better if I
come later, when he is actually there... Not a problem to change my ticket at all... If I'm going to sit
