-new flap actuator install.
Separate note:
we need to install the loaner APU for engine runs and continued trouble shooting on engines. Do you approve
of APU upgrade so I may sign contract for upgrade so APU loaner could be installed today?
Darren and Dennis will modify contract.
Do you agree to proceed with APU upgrade?
-$211,000 for upgrade, Dennis pays $115,000 of this amount and labor to remove and install loaner.,
