You know the backstory. He played me to get all the tech he could out of my mind. Foolishly I was wide open
with sharing ideas and plans (of course we had a binding term sheet and were finalizing the documents).
During this time he neglected to tell me he had taken my Info and filed for his own system.
Unfortunately he filed too late and doesn't have Itu priority, and the system design I was working on then had
fundamental flaws. It will be prohibitively expensive to build. They may be realizing that now.
