It is available in his yard at $60 per cubic yard. We would have to send a truck to be loaded and
provide barge transport for said truck to LSJ. From Crum Bay to Red Hook, trucking costs would
likely run about $12 per yard, I would guess. Eric will run the material through his crusher before
selling it to us, so the lumps will be removed. He could be talked down a bit in price if we bought a
lot, but $60 seems a fair price.
