I think what we might think about is suggesting to jay , that critten told me, that having kirkland do the motion
to dismiss it was alomost a safe harbors they /he negotaited the npa and would obvioulsy have the best sense of
intent. i feel we need to put kirkland more on the line, and am thinking of a fairly harsh letter. at least for the
record?
