i think you should use the reinvestment idea, in a link with the universities. it would give you great cachet to
have crafted an elegant solution that encompasses , many of the largest problems, in combination with the assets
at hand . I would add to nicks note, that we should not only look at real assets that the gov't shouldn't be holding
, but the INTELLECTUAL assets, that are not being exploited.
