yes i intend that you finish out the office .floors carpets ceiling etc„ the service will be billed at 500 per hour for
you and 80 for your staff. travel can come out of the amount. as the installation is beginning in two weeks i see
no reason not to have a jan deadline for completion. you need to go the islands as soon as possible. you should
estimate the time it will take to complete. and the costs involved.. There will be a balance due , which you can
supply furniture. I have discounted the amount you owe me by hundreds of thousands of dollars.. I will no agree
to a venue change to new york , and if your attnomeys insist on this, they will force me to cancel our settlement.
