In January, I asked everyone to give me dates for vacation days for 2018. Cashkim gave me his dates and
tomorrow and Friday were two of them. He did not remind me of it until today. I told him that he must submit
the normal written form about two weeks prior to his taking off as plans do change and it puts it squarely on my
radar.
