it is the same range that the contractor gave us after looking at it for 10 minutes..
frankly , I have yet to see any value added to Russell involvement.
we have generator guys coming at a super high rate.
drawings done by want to be architect and no value added to date..
maybe we should just rehire when we are building.
so far this makes little sense..
