david , due to my realationship at Christies. they are willing to put the hercules on the cover of the exceptional
sale. in april. . given the passage of time future prospects and your cash needs I propose not putting both
pieces on auction , but suggest strongly we split the baby and put the hercules up. your loan which was to be
three months , but gave you extra so no screw up , is over a year. the work on 82, nd way behind, potentially
missing the market. and the sales of both southamptions and hotel will nevertheless close not eariler than a
couple of months. . Thoughts. ?
