best to put back on record long-standing well-documented position - has certainly contested
Jay's contention that J could never both litigate and settle but I don't know that she has ever
attempted to expand your 7C fee obligations beyond settlement.
J could win the battle that he can bring suit for certain clients and still settle other clients cases and
not win the separate battle that you are obligated to pay any part of the costs once he initiates
litigation (even if the litigant later settles)
