Thanks!!! I received both of your emails and feel better that he will
carrying his schedule and same will be provided to you. It is my
understanding that we may still consider going directly to the Court in the

Per our conversation, I have attached a copy of the memo I placed into my
file, and I did create an electronic copy of the CAD report for you.
I just received a call from Probation Officer Sloan. She advised me that
Probation would NOT provide me with a copy of his weekly schedule
as that was too much work for their agency and he is allowed to make
changes with a simple phone call to them. She advised that decision was
made by her administrator and that if I would like I can call that
individual. I will be doing that shortly.
