I think this is mistake.
Bill needed to leave Friday night to Galapagos!
He is not even reachable on email.
Unless something happened last moment (Friday night) and the whole trip canceled, it would be hard to see
how this meeting can happened.
I am at review meeting whole day. Will check it later in day.
