Attached are the K-is issued to Noam for his Revocable Trust's investments in OutSmart EXT II LP and 500 NRI LP. We
believe they support our understanding that Noam received at least $27,000 in tax benefits (both capital losses and
deductible operating losses), justifying our receiving a credit of $27,000 against the $267,500 that Noam invested.
