Now that there is no meeting, they are cancelling the tickets, which are non-refundable, and they would like to get reimbursed for their spouses' tickets. I have a few questions: Is Dr. Rillero someone who will be invited to the rescheduled meeting next year? If not, how should I handle the reimbursement?
