Dr. Peter Rillero was invited by Lawrence to attend the ASU Origins meeting which, as we
all know, was canceled/postponed. Dr. Rillero and several others purchased tickets for their
spouses (we told them that they could bring spouses but they had to pay for their air fare).
Now that there is no meeting, they are cancelling the tickets, which are non-refundable, and
they would like to get reimbursed for their spouses' tickets. I have a few questions:
Is Dr. Rillero someone who will be invited to the rescheduled meeting next year?
If not, how should I handle the reimbursement?
