Further to the email sent on 30th January 2018 by Keelie Field regarding your acceptance of the offer at the
above Property, please find below details relating to the upcoming tenancy commencing 19th February 2018 .
In order to avoid delaying the start of the tenancy, we would ask that you may look at these documents at your
soonest convenience.

An initial invoice
Guide to My Deposits
Once you have reviewed the Tenancy Agreement and confirm that you are happy with its contents, we shall send
the finalised Tenancy Agreement via Docusign for your online signature.
Payment
Please ensure the funds are paid in advance to ensure payment clears in our account on or before the 19th of
February. Payments, especially large ones, can take between 3 to 5 working days from a UK account and up to
10 Working Days from a Non-UK account. If funds have not cleared in our account, we will not be able to hand
over keys.

Move In/Check-In Process
We will inform you of the Check-In time and date as soon as this has been arranged. Please let us know in
advance if you would like a specific time so that we try and accommodate your request. A Check-In Report will
be carried out and we will test the Smoke / Carbon Monoxide Alarms. You will be provided with a Welcome
Pack which must be signed by all named Tenants in order for keys to be released. The Check-In Report will then
be sent to you 2-3 working days after the Check-In.
It is compulsory that all Tenants attend the Property on the day of the move-in. If you are not able to attend
please let us know ASAP as we will require confirmation of this to be signed before we can release any keys.
As you know, we are a part of Countrywide Residential Lettings. We have a very extensive support network of
administration centres and therefore you will be receiving some communications from them, which will be
branded Countrywide.
