Your confort level, what you prefer, and would you would expect.
Weather you were alright with the way I am setting it up in terms of closed talks/dicsussions, i.e,. for
attendees not to bring out their standard "wares," and instead think of an interesting topic that can be
put out in as few words as possible, which will lead to good discussion. Pushing conversation over
talks. No bullet points or power point presentations. Don't want to fall into the "conference" trap, but be
more free.
Fun activities. Everyone is to additionally bring something or do something "fun" for the group. Gerry
Sussman is bringing his large telescope. Dan Dubno is bringing some sort of Gadget. Pablos might
teach salsa dancing, Catherine Mohr would like to leave everyone cooking at a bbq, going over the
science of cooking, etc. Brock pierce is bring very fine wine.
Quite a number of people have requested to be able to roam, hike, or snorkel around your island. Will
this be possible?
WHat are the activities planned for the spouses/girlfriends?
When are they abe to join us? ( i know our private sessions are closed)
Will they be able to come to the island?
What's the food set up? As I said, Catherine Mohr was hoping to lead everyone in preparing a great
bbq on your island for everyone and that would be fun. She would need to supply a list of
materials/goods needed.
