see it , did you say yes, in fact you had advised him at every step and you yourself thought it was a guaranteed

As far as Norman is concerned, I think your friend is wrong but, more
relevant; the ownership issue would uselessly have opened up the valuation
issue which would have been impossible to agree on. That was the reason I
asked for me and Tony to visit.
