VIVA- met with them (VIVA contractors) last week. They are insisting that we need to pay them $12K to
hook LSJ back up. I checked with friends inside VIYA and they are telling me not to pay but I can't let the
contractors know that we are speaking. My next step is to talk to a friend at the PSC (Public Services
Commission) and get a read on what he thinks. At any rate, VIVA is saying 30-45 days out from the time that
we pay them. Do you want me to continue to fight the $12K upfront fee?
