Jeffrey,
The attached are some of things that happen on LSJ. I would assume Brice and Karen do more than what I have listed
because I'm not watching them every minute of the day.
The way I see things here on LSJ is that you have for the most part some good hard workers and some of these people
have a lot of experience that gets suppressed by the LSJ managers. I don't think the mangers respect some of these
people who have a lot of knowledge to offer because usually what ever suggestions or ideas they have are heard but not
acted upon. The mangers are very controlling and feel the need to have all the say on what goes on. They do not handle
the workers in a good way and tell them not to say anything to me about what goes on because I will go back and tell you
about it. If they weren't doing anything wrong they wouldn't be worried about me finding out anything. I don't feel they
are looking out for what is in your best interest but they are looking out for their own interest. If this wasn't the case they
would have not lied about all the times Arran has lived on LSJ or have lied about all the times that an incident happened
with him in regards to his alcohol consumption.
My concern here is the next time an incident occurs it could have an impact on you directly. I don't have anything
personal against them I'm just stating my views. If thing were going smoothly their wouldn't be so much kayos and
disarray you would have a very smooth running operation and that alone speaks volumes. All you have to really do is look
back at all the previous island managers, I don't recall ever since I have been working for you since Miles was there that
LSJ has been in such a state.
