Rich
Today's posted price is $6.60, your price would be $4.84. We are anticipating a price increase this week.
To reconfirm, upon receipt of the $50,000, your fuel will be puirchased and your price will be confirmed
immediately and will remain at that rate until the $50,000 has been consumed. This repeats everytime the
$50,000 is replenished and your price will be $1.76 off the purchase cost of that day.

Derek Watkins

What is the retail price as of today?
You say that the 50,000 upon receipt will confirm our price — does that mean our price is fixed until 50,000 is used up?
Thank you

Subject: RE: STT Fuel Price Agrement
Good morning Rich
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Derek Watkins. I am V.P. Group Operations for Michael.
Michael is travelling but he asked me to contact you to clarify the conversation between Jeffrey and
Michael. I was present during their conversation between them and verbally introduced myself to
Jeffrey at that time. My purpose for being there was to take notes to ensure there are no further
misunderstandings.
The attachment that you have is 1000/0 correct. Allow me clarify the 30 cents margin that we are
retaining. This is after the cost of product, all fees, taxes and transportaion costs. Our retail sales
agreement with Chevron/Texaco forbids us disclosing propriety information. Were we to divulge
confidential information, this would grossly undermine our relationship with those companies and
subsequently have a damaging impact on our business.
Upon receipt of the $50,000.00 we will make an immediate purchase on your behalf and the fuel will
be placed in our storage tanks. You will be notified immediately confirming your price. All future pre-
pays will be made in the same way with the price as it pertains to the market on that day.
Furthermore, STTJC has a distribution list to 25 conract companies notifying them of any change in our
pricing. We will add you to that list so you will be fully aware of any and all price changes, both up and
down.
Regards

Thank you for your email.
I was away last week so I apologize for not responding sooner.
My understanding was that the deal was going to be $0.30 above cost not $1.76 less retail.
Please advise.
