Last night I got off the friggen Jet Blue which was 2 hours late (Koch's plane was MI) at I2:30am....smelled the humid Florida air and
thought of my mother. It was the first time I felt anything about her death. I am going to her apartment on the Gaza strip today. Not
looking forward. Idiot brother now thinking of keeping apartment...he will have to buy it from me...although maybe not selling now
when market is soft is not a bad idea...what if he pays maintence and taxes...do I still charge him rent...I can not invest that money if he
is sitting in the apt and it's not sold???
