IT is now the 3rd wweek in january, . As I said before. the island is a mess and it will take between 3-5 years to
rebuild . I have not done well in teaching you girls how to work , budget. and plan. I still havent received a
detailed plan from each of you. I am writing this as a group memo so you can see you are not being singled
out. My buisness has to be totally restructed as the VI stil has no functioning intemet . . I will write each
one of you separately in addtion to this email .
